Irish Potato Bread

Ingredients
Peel & cut potatos into quarters or halves, boil until tender. Strain & return to pan. Smash, add butter & onion or garlic powder. cool, add egg & flour, mix well.divide into 10 parts and put on baking sheet, shaping into squares. place diagonal cut in each.bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
