sweet potato and whitefish cassarole

1 tsp oil 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 onion, finely chopped 1lb asparagus4 pollock fillets cut in large chunks1 tbsp dried oregano 1 1/3 cup turkey broth 1-2 sweet potato cut into 1/4" slices
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
saute about 5 mins: oil, garlic, onion
layer in baking dish, sweet potato, asparagus, pollock fillet, oregano and onion mixture
cover with broth and top with remaining potato slices
Cover and cook in the middle of the oven until the potatoes are fully cooked, about 50-55 min. Serve directly out of the baking dish.
