Ingredients
1 32-oz tub plain, lowfat greek yogurt or plain yogurt, drained1 tsp minced garlic (roughly 1 garlic clove)40 grams grated english cucumber1.5 tsp kosher or sea salt1 handful fresh mint, choppedJuice of 1/2 lemon
Directions
* If using plain yogurt (not greek yogurt), drain yogurt in large bowl using a strainer and paper towel for at least an hour and overnight if possible.

This recipe is very much according to taste so you should try different quantities. Maybe add more garlic, more lemon juice, etc.

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Use as a topping for Turkey Spanakopita Burgers, fresh veggies, french fries, etc.

Makes 10 50-gram servings (roughly 2 heaping tbsps).
