Exotec's Roasted Walnuts-n-Pecans

Ingredients
1-1/2 c raw walnut halves1-1/2 c raw pecan halves1 T coconut oil1 T kosher salt1 t Splenda™ brown sugar blend, packed
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a zipper bag well. Turn it and mix it several times over about 30 minutes.

Spread in a single loose layer on a baking sheet.

Cook at ~ 250°, turning several times and shaking up, until fragrant and slightly browned. Usually takes about an hour.

Cool well, stirring occasionally, then store in a sealed container at room temp.
