Exotec's Roasted Squash-n-Sweet Taters

Ingredients
2 cups cubed butternut squash2 cups cubed sweet potato3 T coconut oil3 T Splenda™ Brown Sugar blend3 t kosher salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a zipper bag and mix well. Allow to sit for about an hour, turning and shaking occasionally.

Pour off the liquid.

Spread cubed veggies on a baking sheet in a single layer, not "cramped".

Cook at 450°, stirring or turning a time or two, for about 45 minutes to an hour (until they're tender).
