Bec's Beef Stew - Slow Cooker

Ingredients
1.5 Beef chuck cut into bite size pieces or use beef stew meat from butcher counter2 -3 large potatoes, peeled and diced in bite size pieces3 carrots- peeled and diced in bite size pieces4 cups water to cover all of ingredients1 can beef broth1 large onion, diced
Directions
coat meat in flour, salt and pepper, place in slow cooker, add diced potatoes, carrots, onion, beef broth and water. Season with bay leaves, and any other seasonings you want to use.
