Apple Banana Muffins (Paleo Friendly)

Ingredients
2 1/4 cups almond meal4 large eggs1 medium sized apple1 banana1/4 cup coconut oil1/3 cup water1/2 tsp baking soda1 heaping tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350. Peel the banana and mash in the bottom of a large mixing bowl.

Finely chop the apple and add to the bowl.

Add all the other ingredients and mix by hand. The batter will be more like cake batter.

Fill the muffin tins about 3/4 of the way full.

Bake 17-20 minutes. They will be done when you can insert a toothpick into the middle and it comes out clean.
