Thai chicken and rice noodle soup

rotisserie chicken, shredded1 can light coconut milk6 cups chicken broth, reduced sodium1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce2 tablespoons fish sauce2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger4 ounces mushrooms6 ounces rice noodles
Cook rice noodles, drain, set aside.
Add chicken, coconut milk, chicken broth, fish sauce, chili garlic sauce, and ginger to a medium soup pot. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes. Add mushrooms, cook additional 10 minutes. Add rice noodles. Serve hot.
