Rolled Oats1 1/2 Tbs Unsweetened Apple Sauce1 Tbs Ground Flax3 Tbs Unsweetened Soy Milk (Or your milk of choice)1/2 tsp Baking PowderDash of Cinnamon1/4 cup Fresh BlueberriesOptional: Protein Frosting (Nutritional Information not included!)1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder1 tsp. Vanilla fat free/sugar free pudding mix (Optional)1 Tbs Soy Milk (or your milk of choice)
Combine all the ingredients in a microwave safe mug (I use a 2-cup Pyrex measuring cup)
