Ingredients
4 tsp Powdered Egg Whites (2 egg whites could be used)1/4 cup water (Omit if using egg whites)2 Tbs. Rolled Oats1 1/2 Tbs Unsweetened Apple Sauce1 Tbs Ground Flax3 Tbs Unsweetened Soy Milk (Or your milk of choice)1/2 tsp Baking PowderDash of Cinnamon1/4 cup Fresh BlueberriesOptional: Protein Frosting (Nutritional Information not included!)1/2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder1 tsp. Vanilla fat free/sugar free pudding mix (Optional)1 Tbs Soy Milk (or your milk of choice)
Directions
Combine all the ingredients in a microwave safe mug (I use a 2-cup Pyrex measuring cup)
Cook 5-6 minutes. Microwave times may vary.
