Paleo banana "Pancakes"

Ingredients
1 banana1 egg1 spoon of nut butter (I use almond)
Directions
Mash banana in a bowl. Add Egg and a spoon of nut butter and mix well.

Cook in skillet on medium heat for several minutes on each side.
It is easier to make 2-3 smaller pancakes than 1 large one.
