Chocolate Mint Protein Cookie

Ingredients
1/2 cup flour1/2 cup chocolate isolate protein powder1/2 cup Oats, dry1/4 cup Sliced Almonds1/4 cup semi sweet chocolate chips1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder1 Tablespoon Canola Oil1 teaspoon mint extract
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2. Mix all ingredients together till combined. Scoop onto a baking sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Flatten each cookie scoop to ensure even cooking.

3. Bake for 11 minutes. Remove to wire cooling rack and allow to cool.

Serving Size: Makes 12 cookies.
