16 oz cans crushed pineapple with juices1 large eggs.75 cup sugar2Tbs cornstarch2 Tbs buttersprinkle cinnamon
preheat over to 350
beat eggs in a small bowl
in medium sized bowl mix sugar and cornstarch together.
Add crushed pineapple and eggs
Top with small pats of butter and sprinkle of cinnamon
Place in greased casserole dish
Bake for 45 mins @ 350
