5 Boneless Skinless Chicken breast1 can of Pineapple rings quartered with juice2 cloves garlic chopped.75 cups Teriyaki sauce1 large red bell pepper large chunks1 large green bell pepper large chunk1 large onion sliced1 pound baby carrots
Directions
put it all in the crock pot and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours
