Ingredients
*Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt, 0.25 tsp *Green Onion (1 Green Onion), 0.25 cup *Sumac (dried), 1 serving*Dried Thyme, .5 tsp*Sesame Seeds, .50 tbsp *Cucumber - Euro Fresh Farms Long English, 0.50 cup Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Vanilla, 3 oz*Aldi Sea Queen Salmon 2 pieces, 1 serving *Stonefire Tandoori Naan, Original (1/2), 2 serving
Directions
place oven on broil while to get everything read.
dice cucumber, and onion, set aside.
add all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
spray a cookie sheet with oil and lay flat bread on it.
slice salmon in thin slices about 1/4 of a in thick and lay on flat bread. to with onion and then dried spices.
place into oven for 3 minutes til salmon is cooked.
mix yogurt with diced cucumber and spoon ontop of fish when its done.
