Ingredients
bread, onion, cheese, ground turkey, spray butter
Directions
pre cook a 4 oz ground turkey patty. take off stove. saute onion slices in calorie free cooking spray. put cooked turkey between 2 slices of low cal bread, stack on some cooked onions and a slice of cheese. spray both sides with the spray butter. cook like a grilled cheese sandwich. DELISH!!

    I hadn't ever had a turkey patty before. This was a good way to try it. I added a whole green chili split to add my NM flavor. Pretty tasty. - 3/31/10
