Banana Nut Muffins

Ingredients
1/2 cup coconut flour1/2 teaspoon baking powder4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted6 eggs1 ripe banana, mashed1 teaspoon vanilla1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Stir together the eggs, coconut oil, banana, xylitol, and vanilla.

In a small bowl mix the coconut flour and baking powder together.

Add the nuts.

Mix all together.

Pour 1/4 cup of batter into each muffin tin.

Bake at 400F for 20 minuets.
