Mild Carrot Coin Chili

Ingredients
650 Grams Lean Ground Beef50 grams Green Bell Pepper50 grams Yellow Bell Pepper50 grams Red Bell Pepper50 grams Orange Bell Pepper100 grams White Onion200 grams Raw Carrots1 19 oz Tin Unico Red Kidney Beans1 28 oz Tin Diced Tomatoes1 6 oz Tin Tomato Paste2 Cups Water1.5 Tbsp Chili Powder1.0 Tbsp Garlic Powder1/3 cup olive oil
Directions
Dice peppers and onions.
Cut carrots into Coins
Put veggies into large dutch oven (5 quart) with olive oil and cook on medium heat until softened.
Add in Ground Beef and stir until all is well mixed.

Add in Red Kidney Beans, Diced Tomatoes, Tomato Paste and Water, Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer and cook for about 45 minutes.
