Pumpkin Pie Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk1 scoop vanilla isolate protein powder3 Tbsp no salt added canned pumpkin1 tsp pure vanilla extract1 1/2 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice5 cubes of ice1 Tbsp Cool Whip Free
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.

2. Pour into a tall glass and top with a dollop of cool whip free and a light sprinkling of pumpkin pie spice.
