Mary's Black Bean Fiesta Salad

1 can black beans, rinsed and drained1 cup frozen corn thawed1 small red bell pepper diced1 small green bell pepper diced1 small orange bell pepper diced1 jalapeno, diced (seeded and de-veined for less heat)1 rib celery diced1/4 large red onion, diced2 cloves garlic minced2 tbsp olive oil3 tbsp lemon or lime juice3 tbsp red wine vinegar1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp ground cuminsmall bunch of cilantro, chopped
Just combine all ingredients in a large bowl and you're ready to eat.
However, this salad will taste even better if you let it chill for a couple of
