Bob's Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
Roasting Chicken, 0.5 chicken, bone and skin removed*Potato, raw, 6 small Carrots, raw, 2 medium Onions, raw, .5 cup, Celery, raw, 5 stalk, medium *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 mediumCanned Tomatoes, 1 canCabbage, fresh, 2 cup, Green Beans (snap), 1 cupMushrooms, fresh, 2 cupWater, tap, 32 cup Salt, 3 tbspGarlic, 1 tspcayenne pepper to taste
Directions
Boil chicken and water to make broth, remove fat, bones and skin
Chop vegetables
Mix all ingrediants and cook over medium heat until boiling
Reduce heat to simmer
Simmer for 60 minutes
