Olive and mozzarella panini

Ingredients
Butter, salted, 0.5 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 oz Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, 0.5 clove Bread, panini, half small loafKalamata, Green Olives, pitted, 1 oz Tomatoes, roma, half
Directions
Tomatoes are optional, but it makes the Kalamatta less salty.
This recipe is good without the butter and garlic mixture if you want to save calories.

Drizzle olive oil over bread.
Combine butter and garlic. Spread on bread.
Top bread with olives, mozzarella, and tomotoes.
Grill.
