High Protein Meatballs

Ingredients
3 large whole eggs3lbs extra lean ground beef1lb extra lean ground turkey1tbsp onion powder1tbsp garlic powderMcCormick Montreal seasoning (or ms. dash)1tbsp dried oregano or italian seasoningOptional: 1 tbsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
mix all ingredients together with hands. Roll into 2inch balls. Bake on cookie sheets 350degrees for 20 min.

Serving Size: makes 50 meatballs, 5 each

    We made these for our Super bowl party this year. Can you say, "Awesome!" I ate mine plain with a little more salt added. Since there isn't an amount steak seasoning on the recipe, I started with one T and added another T to the mix after tasting the first set cooked. I think 3T would be good - 2/7/13
