Bacon, Garlic, and Mushroom Pasta

3 slices of bacon, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced2 cups sliced mushrooms1 cup vegetable broth4 cups cooked brown rice spaghetti3 T chopped cilantroFresh ground black pepper, to taste
In large frying pan, fry the chopped bacon over medium high heat until cooked through. Reduce heat to medium, add the garlic and mushrooms and cook till soft. Add the vegetable broth and spaghetti, reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 5 minutes or until heated through. Top with chopped cilantro and fresh ground pepper to taste and serve.
