Ingredients
1 1/4 cup Liquid egg white1 cup Unsweetened applesauce1 Qt Low fat Buttermilk5 tsp Baking Soda2 tsp Salt2 tsp Cinnamon3 cups Sugar5 cups Flour1 Box Raisin Bran (15 oz)
Directions
Mix together in a plastic container with a wooden spoon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 days and up to 6 weeks.
Bake at 350* for 20-25 minutes
