Baked Chicken Parm

Ingredients
4 oz boneless skinless chicken breast1large egg whites2 oz bread crumbs1Tsp reduced fat Parmesan
Directions
beat egg white, mix bread crumbs and cheese, dredge chicken in egg and then crumb and cheese mixture, place on rack in pan, bake for 45 minutes at 375, check at 30 min.
Great served with a cup of spaghetti squash and either pesto or a light spaghetti sauce.
