Rhubarb-Ginger Shrimp

Ingredients
12 large shrimp1 tsp olive oil3/4 cup sliced rhubarb1/2 minced shallot1-1/2 oz (3 TBS) of mirin or rice vinegar1/2 tsp grated ginger.
Directions
brush shrimp with oil and broil shrimp 2 min. per side.
Simmer rhubarb, shallot, mirin and ginger in pan 10 min.
