Roasted Pecans-n-Pine Nuts

Ingredients
1 c pine nuts1 c pecan pieces1 T coconut oil1 T Splenda™ Blend1 t kosher salt
Directions
Mix everything well in a zipper bag.
Turn it and mash it around several times over about 10 minutes.
Pour out on a baking sheet - don't crowd them.
Cook for 20-30 minutes until lightly browned, stirring and turning a couple times.

Cool well on pan before putting in storage container!
