Garlic Wine Cream Sauce

Ingredients
1/4 cup onion, chopped finely1 1/2 Tbsp minced garlic1/2 Tbsp olive oil1/4 cup white wine3/4 cups fat free half and half2 Tbsp parmesan cheese1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepperdash white pepper
Directions
Saute onion and garlic in a large saute pan with olive oil. Cook for about 2 minutes or until onion is translucent. Add white wine and cook for 1 minute; scrape all bits off the bottom of the pan. Add half and half and simmer while it thickens. Cook for 1-2 minutes and then add cheese and season with salt and peppers.
