Manakish - Zaittr

Ingredients
2.5 to 3 cup Flour1 packet Yeast1/2 Cup water1/4 Cup olive oil Zaittr
Directions
Disolve yeast in warm water (add 1tsp sugar to activate, if necessary)

Blend yeast mixture with flour
Add part of the oil to soften dough
Let rise in warm area until doubled in size
Roll into even sized balls and flatten onto cookie sheet
Add remaining oil onto dough
Sprinkle zatter onto dough
Cook at 425 for 15 minutes
