Butter flavored cooking spray2 Tablespoons Neuchaefel (Lower Fat) Cream Cheese1/2 teaspoon Raw sugar or Splenda3 medium Strawberries2 Small slices of Italian bread2 Egg whites1-2 teaspoons 1% milkVanilla to tastePowdered sugar to taste
Spray non-stick pan with butter flavored cooking spray.
Blend cream cheese, small amount of raw sugar or Splenda and chopped strawberries, leaving larger pieces.
Spread the mixture on one slice of bread, top with the other slice. Mix milk and egg whites well, add vanilla. Dip the stuffed bread into the mixture, add to pan and cook until brown; turn over and cook the second side until brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
