Ingredients
1 can black beans1 cup hot salsa1 cup bell peppers ( 1/4 each yellow, red, orange and green)1/2 cup onion1/4 can pineapple Cook peppers & onions until just tender crisp (med heat 5 mins), add rinsed black beans & salsa mix, allow to cook approx. 5 minutes, until heated through. Remove from heat serve over brown rice.
