Amber's Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
- Sour cream, fat free, 16 oz - *Cream of Chicken soup, 98% fat free, Kroger brand, 1 can - Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp - *Rotel Mild Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies (10 oz/1 can) - Onions, raw, 1 medium -*Green Chili Peppers 1 can - *Kroger 2% Four Cheese Mexican Blend 8 oz -boneless, skinless chicken breast (shredded) -Mission White Corn Tortilla, 16 - Garlic, 2 cloves -Jalapeno Peppers, 1/8-1/4
Directions
In saucepan, mix together sour cream, soup, and cilantro. Heat through, then set off to the side. Then combine your chicken,onions,garlic,jalapeno,green chiles,and rotel in a pan with cooking spray or nonstick pan. Saute everything together.

Warm tortillas, then fill each tortilla with 2 tbsp of chicken and 1 tbs of cheese. Roll tortilla up and place in 9 x 13 cooking pan sprayed with pam. Pour sour cream sauce and top with leftover cheese. Cook at 350 for 30 min.
