2 slices light whole-wheat bread1/2 tbsp orange marmalade (I use Polaner high-fiber)1 tsp smart balance light margarine1/4 cup liquid egg whites1 slice fat-free american cheese (or other flavor)
Microwave egg white for 1 minute in microwave to cook thoroughly.
Heat nonstick skillet to medium and spray with PAM.
Spread Smart Balance on outside of bread slices, and orange marmalade on inside of one slice. Top with egg patty and cheese, then with other slice of bread, with the buttered side out. Cook in skillet until lightly browned and cheese is melty.
Serving Size: makes 1 serving
