Add 2 tsp. minced onions24 oz (1 1/2 lb.) ground chuckAdd 2 pkg. McCormick Chili Seasoning Mix34 oz. Tomato juice2 Cups Light Red Kidney Beans (1 can)
Brown ground beef & minced onions, drain off all the grease. Add half of the tomatoe juice and the seasoning mix, cook on low heat. Cook your beans in another deep pan until most of the juice from the beans has cooked off, then add the rest of the tomatoe juice and the chili powder. Add your ground beef to your bean mixture and cook on a very low heat for 30 minutes. 14 one cup servings.
