Bridget's low cal black beans

Ingredients
*Beans, Goya black beans, low sodium,1 canRed Ripe Tomatoes, .5 medium whole Onions, raw, .5 small Jalapeno Peppers, .25 pepper Green Peppers (bell peppers), .25 cup, choppedGarlic, 2 cloves *1/4 tsp garlic salt, 1 serving *Gravy Master (1/4 tsp), 2 serving
Directions
Dice all vegetables, add all the ingredients into a small pot with lid, cover, and bring to a light boil. Reduce heat to simmer, and let simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until veggies are soft.

*Note* this is not spicy; if you like your black beans with a little kick, you can add cayene pepper or cumin to taste.
