Creamy Chicken and Vegetable casserole

2 Tbps butter2 Tbsp rice flour10 oz skim milk2 Tbsp Cream Cheese1/4 c shredded cheddar cheese1/8 c grated Parmesan cheese2 Tbsp Marsala cooking wine2 tsp minced garlic12 oz chicken breast (boneless without skin, cubed1-2 cups broccoil, in bite sized pieces1-2 c cauliflower, in bite sized pieces6 mushroom quartered
Melt butter. Add flour to make a roux. Once it is lightly browned slowly whisk in milk. After about 10 minutes, remove from heat and add all cheeses, wine and garlic. Stir until smooth. (if too thick ad small amounts of water to bet cheese sauce consistency)
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brown in non-stick skillet. Add chicken and vegetables to sauce. Pour into med casserole dish. COver and bake 20-30 minutes until sauce is bubbly and vegetables are tender.
