Seasoned Hasbrown Potato Casserole

Ingredients
Turkey Bacon, 9 slices (half a pack)Eggs, 61 box Betty Crocker Seasoned Skillet Hashbrowns, soakedsalt and pepper1/2 C. reduced fat cheese (I used sharp cheddar)
Directions
Soak hasbrowns until soft. Beat six eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cut up 9 pieces of turkey bacon into 1 inch or smaller pieces. Stir hasbrowns and turkey bacon together. Pour egg mixture over potatoes. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set.
