Cinnamon "Donut" Holes

Ingredients
1/2c sliced almonds1/2c pecan pieces1 1/2c old fashioned oats, divided1/3c coconut oil1/3c maple syrupTopping:1/4c sugar (may use a sugar substitute, if preferred)1 1/2t cinnamon
Directions
In a food processor, blend almonds, pecans, and 1c of oats until flour-like in texture. Place in a medium mixing bowl and add remaining oats. In a small bowl, combine coconut oil and syrup until smooth. Add to oat mixture and mix well. Form into ping pong-sized balls and roll in sugar/cinnamon topping. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
