Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Andouille Sausage

Ingredients
*Aidell's Cajun Style Andouille Sausage (1 sausage), 4 serving (remove)Brussels sprouts, fresh, 453.5 grams (remove)Bacon, 3 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)Butter, salted, 1 tbsp (remove)*Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
Directions
Brown sausage and bacon. Move to papertowels to drain with slotted spoon. Saute onions, garlic, and brussels sprouts in the bacon and sausage drippings. Add 1 tbsp EVOO. Once starting to brown and carmelize, add the sausage and bacon back in. Add 1 tbsp butter and saute until ready.
