Ingredients
All ingredients are estimates of what I use. All fruit is frozen.1 Cup Rhubarb5-6 grapes2-3 Pineappl Chunks1-3 slices of Peach1-3 Strawberries1 oz Trevo1/2 Cup vanilla yogurt1 cup milk
Directions
I use a personal blender like the magic bullet. I place all ingredients in one of the large cups and blend till its ready to drink. Keeps hunger at bay for several hours and helps me get energized and focused for the day ahead.
