Ingredients
Apples, 2Cinnamon, 2tspArtificial Sweetener, 2tspLow Fat Spread, 2tsp
Directions
Core the apple, then place in a microwavable baking dish. Then put a teaspoon of low fat spread into the centre of the apple, then add the sugar to the centre then sprinkle the cinnamon over the top. Microwave on full pwer fo 3-5 minutes or until apple has softened.
