Bush's, Black Beans, 3.5 cup(remove)*Green Chili Peppers, canned, .5 cup(remove)*Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend, 1.25 cup(remove)Better Than Sour Cream [Tofutti], 16 tbsp(remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces(remove)Corn Tortillas, 4 oz(remove) (cut in strips)1 tsp cumin1/4 tsp pepper
Boil chicken for 10 min. or until done; chop & combine w/beans, sour cream, cumin, pepper, & chilies. Place ½ of tortilla strips in the bottom of dish and cover with ½ chicken mixture. Top with remaining tortillas and remaining chicken mixture; sprinkle w/cheese. Bake 30 min @ 350.
