Sour Cream Pound Cake

3 sticks of butter salted - softened6 large eggs2 cups sugar1 tsp vanilla1 tsp lemon juice, lime juice, or key lime juice8 oz sour cream1 tsp baking POWDER3 cups cake flour1/2 tsp kosher salt
Cream together eggs and sugar until light, cream butter together with vanilla and choice of citrus juice. Alternate, mixing completly inbetween additions, sour cream and dry ingredients, until mixed well.
Spray oil and flower a 10 cup or greater flute pan, do not use regular cake pans.
Bake at 375 F for 55 minutes and then drop to 350 F for an aditional 10-20 minutes or until well browned.
Serving Size: Makes one 10 cup pound cake approximately 20 inch size pieces
