Sweet & Spicy Salmon (Shown with sauteed spinach)

Ingredients
1 salmon fillet2 tsp brown sugar2 tsp spicy brown mustardsalt/pepper to taste cayenne pepper to taste
Directions
Put salmon skin-side down on oiled baking sheet. Salt and pepper fillet. Sprinkle cayenne pepper on as well if desired. In a seperate bowl, mix mustard and brown sugar. Spoon over fillet. Bake in upper 1/3 of oven at 450 until salmon flakes off with fork. (should be slightly translucent to opaque in color)
