Basic low-carb smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk1 serving whey proteinInvite Health Reds Hx or other "red powder"1/2 cup frozen strawberriesSeveral ice cubesDash vanillaSweetner
Directions
Add about 5 ice cubes, a dash of vanilla, and sweetner, then blend in Vita Mix. Additional ingredients: ground flax seed, walnuts or other nuts, parsley, other fruit. One tbsp. of heavy cream enhances creaminess.
