Lentils, .5 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Shallots, 3 tbsp chopped Garlic, 2 cloves Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Habiniero Pepper, .5 serving Thyme, fresh, 1 tsp Cilantro, dried, .333 tbsp Chicken stock, home-prepared, 1 cup
Heat oil in skillet. Saute, garlic, onions, and pepper until soft. add herbs and perfume. add lentils and just toast. Add Chicken stock, bring to boil, and simmer 20 minutes.
