Berry Tofu Smoothie

I slice of silken soft tofu1 medium banana1 cup of frozen strawberries or any berries1 cup of apple juice
Directions
put all ingredients in blender adn mix, if it is too think go ahead and add some water to thin it out to your liking.

Serving Size: makes 3 servings ~ just pour equally into 3 cups to share
