Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbspOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedSweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, choppedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup cherry tomatoesEgg white, 1 serving
Directions
Heat olive oil in non-stick frying pan. Add chopped onions and cook until soft. Add chopped peppers and tomatoes. Season with salt and papper. Cook until a veg are softened. Pour over egg whites. Cook until omlette is solid.
