Julia's Creamy Mushroom/Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
2 - half chicken breasts (skin & fat removed-bones removed after cooking)1- 24oz jar of Pace Picante Sauce (I use medium)1-12 oz can of low fat cream of mushroom soup (condensed)1-1 oz packet of Swanson's Chicken Flavor Boost
Directions
*Spray crockpot with non-stick spray.
*Place chicken (skin & fat removed) in crockpot.
*In a separate dish, mix salsa, soup, and flavoring.
*Pour over chicken & cook on low until falling apart.
(I cooked mine while I was at work all day.)
*Carefully remove chicken & shred
(being careful to get ALL bones)
*Return chicken to sauce and stir to incorporate
*Serve over rice or in tortillas (calorie count only includes above ingredients.)
