Mushrooms, fresh, 4 large (remove)Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)*balsalmic vinaigar, 2 tbsp (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
Mix Balsalmic vinager, olive oile, and garlic in a dish and mix together. Place onions in pan, then place the mushrooms bottom up in the pan and splash the onions with the dressing, then cover the mushrooms. Cook til tender.
